Default Attested document damaged

Hi All,

My attested document arrived from the UK in an extremely poor condition. It was clearly mishandled. I am upset and feeling disappointed. I dont think the document could be salvaged. Has anyone encountered similar issues like mine?

Regards.

Was it damaged in the postal system? Was it poorly packed?
