Default Temporary job offer - consultancy contract

Hi everyone.
I am looking for some advise re rental costs of 2 bed apts or houses in Dubai.
I have been offered a consultancy role for 6 months and the package will include a payment to cover rental expenses but I'm not sure what the average cost is for a 2 bed apt or house in a nice area, I don't want to accept a number and then find it doesn't cover the rental cost. Can anyone give me a rough idea of current rental rates, I was considering the Greens or The Views but not sure am looking for areas a little calmer and greener than being in the centre.
Thanks for the help.

Hi Wobbles,
Congratulations!
The rental market in Dubai and it's contracts are usually 1 year period. And it is difficult to get something for a period of 6 months. You might want to look at hotel apartment.
Whereas rents for two bedroom apartments range 85k+ per year depending on the area, in a decent locality.
Good luck.
