Its looking to enforce the law IMO and even if the BlueGround place is good, its certainly not legit as its doing business here without a Trade Licence and sub-letting without the necessary approvals.

The fact its not UAE based means its ripe for being shut down soon. regardless of how they 'tailor' themselves, the fact remains they are selling something in the UAE without licence to so do.

Time will tell - I suspect Emaar will soon see them off.
