It is a roller coaster ride with him. Sometimes, he acts nice, but I've had more than a fair share of rough times. Even other people (from partner companies) noticed how my employer treats me. They keep telling me to leave him. But, it's too hard because of the labor ban and stuff. I feel trapped here. I don't know what else to do. For the amount of money he is paying me, I handle a job that should be done by 3 persons. It is not enough. And the amount of humiliation and degradation, I don't deserve it.

I've been with the company for roughly 4 months only and I feel like I've been here for eternity. The only consolation I get is when our delegates praise me in front of him. Or when they directly tell my employer that I am a gem to the company (arrogance/boasting aside).

I've turned to friends to vent out my sentiments. But, I need something more that could protect me from his abuse. That's why I turned to this forum to know what I can and cannot do. What can protect me from abuse and what can save me should things turn for the worst. Really, really feel trapped.
