Default getting married

Hello. I want to marry a woman that is working in Dubai, she has work visa. I live in Norway and I do not work in Dubai.

I converted to Islam a long time ago here in Norway, but I do not have any proof of it. Do I need to convert one more time in Dubai?

Also one last thing, do both need residence visa in Dubai or just one part?

Thanks.

You have not mentioned women's religion.
Nationality is not a big issue however if you could mention that as well it would be accurate information.

The rest of the procedure will depend on both partners religions.

If you have already converted to Islam on paper, than attest it and get your religion changed on the passport. Otherwise you will have to do it in Dubai.
E-Requests

Off course if both are Muslims, than the girls father has to be present or give his consent on paper attested by half of the world.

In Dubai Only it is possible to get married in Dubai.

Welcome in Islam.
She is Pakistani Muslim. We dont have religion stated on our passport in Norway. Her father is dead so do we need death certificate? Her brother can be her guardian.

Fathers death certificate (attested from half of the world)... if not... than i think Pakistan consulate (Nadra) will issue a confirmation about the current family tree of the girl.

mmm... yes... her brother or any elder whom the girl authorize to be her Muslim male representative.

If your religion is not stated on the passport then please bring along a religion conversion certificate.
or
You may come to dubai and get this certificate from various Islamic organizations

Get a certificate from your local Islamic Centre, then you can get that attested with a solicitor. That should be sufficient proof.
