Default How to get a Tax number (Peyia Area)

Hi folks,

We've been here for a year in the Peyia area so we're overdue this. Can anyone recommend the least painful way of going through the process of obtaining a Tax Number?

Much obliged.

Thanks,

Rich

We went to our local tax office in Paralimni a few weeks ago and they went thro' the process and what is required, see attached.
1: go onto the UK Inland Revenue web site and complete form DT/individual.
2: take your MEU1/3
3: Passport
4: as listed
5: Completed form TD 2001 which you down load from the Cyprus Inland Revenue web site
6:7:8: as listed.

If you're one of the lucky few, take your Title Deed in place of your contract of sale/rental agreement.

From the U.K. side there are two forms you have to get .

I think the first form is P85 , then the DT individual which you have to put a tax office stamp on , about 80euro .

I have the links , but can not post them just yet .
