Hi,

I came to know about NZ immigration, when my colleague has invited for work to residence visa. I took 2 weeks to complete my EOI, check all the information again and again so much curious. Then applied for PAR on NZQA, got the result in 1 week after that finally submitted my EOI online on 26th Jan 2011 with 115 points. On 9th Feb 2011 my EOI selected sucessfully. So happpy Thanks to God. Now its 5th March i am still waiting for ITA.

Congratulation for your selection, How many points you got from work experience?? I have four year of work experience (15) and related qualification (10) in total 25 for Recognised Work Experience. Do I have chance to select.

Thanks Topcat, for your valuable time, I finished my online EOI application, it is about to submit. (With 135 points)

But i am not sure about my 4 year work experience, this total 4 year experience is from 3 employer, and i have 1 month gap between each employment. So total 2 month gap in 4 year of experience.

What do you think do i have to submit the application? Do they will consider 4 year experience or less year?

I am worried if i wait for other 2 month rule may change for immigration.

I will be very thank full to you guys if you know something about above situation.

Cheers

kumar006

Ours took a little over a month before we heard anything at all, I hope you hear soon, the waiting really is quite difficult.

My boyfriend and I started the process just under a year ago now, we have points based on his degree. In 2009 people in our situation were picked immediately, now our pool hasnt been dipped in for 10 months. We have just entered the pool again and are hoping we get selected before this expires in August, it seems we are unable to do anything but wait!!! So im rather jealous of you guys getting in almost immediately!!!

Hi nzimmig ,
Did you fill online or offline EOI?
what did you write for this question "On question G1: Please indicate why you believe this work experience should be recognised. (For example, it is relevant to your recognised qualification, or your skilled employment). " ?

thank you very much
