Dear All,
I just want to know if my ielts result is pending can i apply for silver fern job visa ?

Yes. If you get through the Silver Fern process you'll have 3 months to submit you're evidence.

EOI submitted Jan 2010. ITA Jan 2010. ITA submitted Apr 2010. RV approved June 2011. Passports stickered and back to us Aug 2011. Secured job Dec 2011. Arrived Mar 2012. PRV Mar 2014......now eligible for citizenship but at $1175 Yeah but Nah!!!

Hi escapedtonz,

Can I submit EOI before giving IELTS exam. As IELTS exam registration is already occupied here in my city this month.

Same question for my partner as well because I want claim partner point as well.

Yes.
You make a claim on the eoi that you meet the minimum English language requirement for you and partner, however you do not need to prove this until later.
Once you have received ITA, you will then have 4 months to submit all the evidence claimed on the eoi so you can do it then, however you have a limited amount of time to pass at the right level so you take the risk that if you fail you may not be able to resit the test in time before the expiry date of your ita!!!
