No I am an Electrical Engineer that specialises in Real Time management and control of electrical national grid, transmission and distribution systems. I also manage the real time generation market including dispatch of available generation to meet load, management of power flow across and around the AC and DC systems, management of reactive power to support the system and ensure stability of voltage etc. I use ICT a heck of a lot but I don't work in ICT :-)
