You're in! As long as your ielts adds up to 21.5 you can get residency.

If you are serious about moving the other side of the world you really need to be more serious about research. All the info you need is on the nz immigration website. People here can't give immigration advice.

I don't think you can mange Yep i will do...
http://www.immigration.govt.nz/NR/rd...bruary2013.pdf

check the above link over there it mentioned you need a level 7 qualification for developer, the only possible chance you have i think come here for study graduate diploma in computing and get the one year job search visa and find job relevant to your qualification (don't worry you will get easily if you good in oracle plus java). I am not sure they might accept your commerce degree as relevant qualification for the IT but it also depend what subjects you studied over there.

let me know the subjects you studied over there?

Be honestly according to my understand you must have the IT related degree for the development but for the project management or team lead you can do with commerce degree but you have to show specifically particular area. Of course your experience defiantly asset for your application but itís all up to immigration officer. I donít want put you down, try to get immigration consultant (I strongly recommend go with immigration lawyer in NZ if you can).
If you get positive feedback from Australia you should get positive feedback from INZ but it not guaranteed.
