Furthermore according to my understand if you want to migrate to Australia you need to score on IELTS each band. I am pretty sure your IELTS score will not help you at all..

ya that's right i Need 6 in each part of the exam .. but i think NZ maybe accepted me under this score .. could you please recommend NZ lawyer to check with him

i check this page .. but i don't understand , how NZ calc the points of my certificate !!

about the PDF file you sent to me PEO .. do u mean that to work as Developer
Programmer (261312) i need to get Bachelor degree in Computer Science

according to my understand yes you need a level 7 qualification. like BSc in IT related or graduate diploma in IT

@ toadsurfer - I just would like to reconfirm If adding up the score to 21.5 in IELTS is correct?. I cannot locate this information on NZ Immigration website.

A total of 21.5 for IELTS may have been the minimum requirement in the past, however not now.

Now, Immigration require a minimum "overall" pass mark of 6.5 as a principal applicant for Residency via Skilled Migrant Category.
The overall score is an average of all the elements as you would expect.
