Default ITA question and general ?

Received ITA last month and a few questions have come up:
1. Do we have to send ALL documents together? Or is it ok to send most now and then the final ones as we get them (waiting for NZQA check for me and husband and also police certificates)?
2. Where on the NZ immigration page do they reference the magic BMI of 30? I can't find where they state that except for what people post on forums. We are going to pass that area but I still don't see where it is stated as a requirement.
3. Ive read about setting up a bank acct before you move to NZ. Can you transfer money into the nz bank acct before you move? Will ANZ or Kiwibank let you do that from overseas?

Hi,

1. You should send all documents together. This is why Immigration give you 4 months from the date of ITA to send in all the docs, so you have time to get full assessment IQA from NZQA, police certs, medicals etc.
2. Have a look at this medical practicioners guide - Page 30 near the bottom!

http://www.immigration.govt.nz/NR/rd...lExaminers.pdf

3. Yes they all allow you to open bank accounts from overseas and transfer money into it. You just can't get the money out until you have visited a branch in person and validated your identity and picked up your ATM cards.
We opened two ANZ accounts from UK.

Regards,
