Below is my status ..

ITA Received: 20 Aug 2013
ITA Submitted: 12 Dec, 2013
CO Allocated: 7 Jan, 2014
Mumbai branch Interview: 25 April, 2014.. finished interview .. discussion went for 45 mins.. I dont have job offer.. please can you let me know what are the chances of PR with out Job offer..

No idea really.
Every application is different and the decision is entirely at your CO's discretion.
They need to believe you'll be able to get a job and settle in NZ etc and the only way they'll deduce this is by the answers you gave at the interview stage.
If it's any consolation, we were given Residency Visas (not PR) without a job offer.
There is a possibility of immigration giving you a job search visa in leui of Residency if they feel you may struggle to find work.

I say "(not PR)" as the majority of people applying under SMC think they are applying for PR when in actual fact they aren't.
They are applying for a Resident visa.
PR is different. That is Permanent Residency.
Both RV and PRV allow a person to live study and work in NZ permanently, but RV (Resident visa) comes with travel conditions.
PRV is what a person usually progresses to after 2 years as a Resident, the only difference being no travel conditions.
PRV (in the majority of cases) can only be obtained after a person has held RV for a minimum of 2 years and satisfied one of five criteria.
