Hi Vjan ... Thanks for responding..i think i am not too patient.
in your case, you had to wait nearly 2 months after sending all the docs she asked before the interview, right?
I mean .. from Nov to Jan ...
If I use the same statistics for me, I have to wait till May 2014.. Oh I will die then...

So I finally collected all the documents for ITA and sent it to the Mumbai Nariman Point address as mentioned in the letter. To my surprise the courier company informed me that the office doesn't exist at the Nariman pt. any more.

I called up the contact center and was informed that the office has shifted to Bandra Kurla Complex and now I have to call the courier company and reship the documents to the new address.

Why cant they just inform ??

For the benefit of the others heres the new address:

105, 1st floor, Hallmark business plaza,
Guranak hospital road,
Bandra (East)
Mumbai 400051

Hi surejpjohn,

No, I submitted my ITA in Sep end, I waited 3 weeks for CO to be assigned, fourth week I sent e-mail to the Immigration Officer who acknowledged my ITA application, the next day my case officer sent me an email asking more details. Then mid November, I sent all documents whatever they asked. In December I sent email to my CO asking for status then she said it is under verification. In Jan I had interview.

Thanks Surejpjohn for sharing the info.
What kind of additional documents generally they are asking for?

Normally they ask to provide the evidence of current employment and contact details of HR officers of the company we work. I sent all those last month. I knew my employer is contacted by INZ 2 weeks ago to verify my job. Yesterday I was asked to submit the scanned copy of the reverse side of my education qualifications. 

Thanks for sharing the information. I am not sure why they are asking for reverse side of education qualification as you might have already submitted IQA reports.
