Can someone tell me if my wife and kids 2,5,6 apply through family stream visa do they have to have separate visas I know my older 2 will be going to school probably study visas but do I have to do them all separate.

It depends what visa you are applying for. If you're applying for residency (e.g. 'work to residency) then you'll be the primary applicant and you can put them on your application.
