Hi,


if in case of inavailability of payslips from previous employer will the bank statements showing the salary transfer from my employers workable?

Yes I would think so, however I'd also seek other evidence to back these payments up - e.g. similar records from the tax office showing payments made to you by that company and the corresponding tax paid by the employer on your behalf.

May i know what actually may be needed from tax office? I mean what should i tell taxation office what do i need?

Just ask the tax office if they can provide you with copies of any evidence that shows your employer paid you a salary. This should also show the tax that was deducted.
They can only say No.
If you don't ask you don't get.
