Default Query on NZz Process - Pls Pls help us!!

Hi, i have couple of questions regarding PR application for New Zealand
1) i have done Masters in computer applications from Maharishi dayanand university (MDU Rohtak , Haryana) , since it is not clear on immigration site whether my qualification is in the excepted list or not. if it is Can i directly apply for EOI if my occupation is in Exempted list?
2)I have PTE score with me (overall 58 +)
3) What all documents are required to file EOI?
4) i have 10 years of experience and worked in 2 companies.
do we need the roles and responsibilities letter on the letter head of company or Affidavit signed by senior would work? and when this document is required. if this is 1.5 yrs old will it work?
5) My husband's qualification is Btech (Level 7), he has given PTE (overall 79+) and having 9 years of experience. do we need the documentation from his company as well and can it be 2 years old?

Age (29-39) - 30 points
Qualification - MCA (Level 9) - 70 points
PTE - Passed
Experience- 10 years - 50 points
Skill shortage list (Developer Programmer - 261312) - 15 points (having 6+ experience)
Partner has recognized qualification - 10 points

My total points become 175, what are the chances of getting ITA on this point?

Guys we applied for AUS PR earlier and hired agent, they did not guide us properly and we ended up getting nothing from there and spent a lot of money on that process. if any body knows the complete process or the link and can help us for our queries.

You need to start by getting your qualification recognised through NZQA (if itís not exempted). Here is the list https://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/#35171.htm

For the rest of the process, go through the INZ Operational Manual for Skilled Migrant Category.
https://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/#6954.htm

Before spending your money on fees, do confirm with INZ that they have started inviting people with an EOI as the whole process was frozen during the lockdown.Last one was in March.

MDU is not under exempted list. You guys need to get IQA assessment done as stated by hrsan also previous reply.

IQA will take around 40 Days. Experience certificates are not required for IQA, only mention about your experience and the job code. It is different from Australia's ACS assessment where applicant are suppose to provide experience certificates.

Current EOI cutoff is 160 points. But EOI selection has been suspended till further notice. Last EOI selection happened was on 18 March 2020. And I personally don't think INZ will resume EOI selection till new NZRP is announced. That will probably happen after the elections which are around the year end.

Around 15K SMC applications are stuck since December 2018. Current waiting time for CO allocation is more than 17 months and it is increasing day by day.

I would suggest to look for Canada, instead of wasting time and money for NZ immigration. Due to recent changes in visa rules, even international students will also head to other countries.
