Mechanical Engineer

Hi there,

I am currently thinking of submitting an EOI to NZ immigration. However, I have only 100 points and my ANZSCO code is 233512 - Mechanical Engineer. I know that obtaining a residence visa is hard with 100 points but is there a possibility of obtaining a JSV from my application?

No.
You have absolutely zero chance.
Unless your EOI scores minimum 160 it will not be selected from the pool.

No.

Unless your EOI also contained points for one of either:-
(i) An NZ permanent skilled job offer from an NZ employer and a job that met minimum criteria as set by immigration, OR
(ii) Previous qualifying NZ skilled work experience (in NZ), OR
(iii) Previous qualifying NZ study experience (in NZ)
