Default Education Points (BCom & MCA)

Hi,
This is on behalf of my friend. Looking for feedback.

He has completed Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and Master of Computer Application (MCA). Currently working in IT Company.

Queries:

1. Will MCA be considered as Level 9 ? Though the Bachelor degree is BCom which is different than Computers field.

2. Will he be able to get 15 Points against 'Absolute Skills Shortage' ?

Regards,

1. No idea. The only way to know is to have the assessment.

2. An applicant will only receive the 15 bonus points if they meet the requirements of the occupation exactly as stated.
