Default Claiming points for Experienced Private Tutor

Hi All,

I had some more query for Seniors to advise.

1. I am claiming points for spouse and her ANZSCO is level 1 as Private Tutor (Maths). She is taking tutions at home, how can i show this as an experience as there would be no salary proof and official experience?
2. If Primary applicant is claiming points under LTSSL (ICT Project Manager) then does it mandatory to have offer job in same LTSSL or If primary applicant is not claiming points under LTSSL then can he get offer of employment for any role/industry/domain at ANZSCO level 1?

Seeking advise asap.

Thanks in Advance.

1. When claiming partner points you only have to prove they have a recognized qualification (or it has been assessed and meets the desired equivalent Level) and that they meet the same English Language Level as a principal applicant. You do not have to prove any period of work experience.

2. Not necessarily so long as the job is in a skilled occupation or at least related to a skilled occupation and is at the minimum required Level, salary, duration as required by Immigration. Unlikely an NZ employer is going to offer you a skilled job in a different occupation if you don't have any qualification or experience in that occupation though ?
