Default No option to claim partner's points for Qualification and IELTS while filling the EOI

Hi everyone!
We are creating the online EOI for NZ, but right after section G-"principal applicant's skilled work experience", on clicking next ,the section N is opening up-principal applicant's children . The section H , I, J, K, L ,M for partner's Qualification and other details /points claim part is missing.

Anyone facing the same issue ? How do I claim my partner's points if the option is unavailable !!
Thanks in advance ! Appreciate your help!

You have done something wrong.
Maybe a hidden character is saved in there somewhere or a tick box you've missed ? Go back and have a look or start all over again but be very careful as you go through and make sure you understand every question/section.

I assume you have at least 160 solid points or you'd be wasting your time and money.

Yes I have and would like to add my partner's point to it. As advised, I created the EOI again and this time thankfully the partner's section is available wherein I can claim the points. Yay! The first draft of EOI still doesn't show the partner's section (technical glitch I suppose). Thanks again for your help!
