@bhulani.

Unlikely. It still doesn't meet the requirements of a permanent written skilled job offer for a minimum period of 12 months. The offer is for a period from the date of the offer letter for a period of 12 months in the future, not for any period in the past.

Pretty good. You have 160 points and the principal applicant has Level 9 degree course NZ study experience. Seems you meet the criteria for RV.

Did you have to prove you had sufficient funds to cover the period of the job search visa ?

In my Immigration Letter, It was mentioned that I had to prove at least three month of living expense. That I proved

In Work Visa, it is mentioned that I can work for any employer in any occupation in New Zealand. Financial Support Evidence not required.

Please advise if I can do Part Time Job in Odd Profession for Living or Not.

Thanks

yes you can, but your RV will only be approved when you get job in your approved skilled category.

Ok. Only 3 months.

Temporary work visas are specific to an employer. They are only approved on the basis of a job offer so you can only work in that job for that employer.

Resident visas allow you to work for any employer any job so long as you meet any work conditions applied on the visa first as you may have gained it with points for a job offer so you have to fulfill that condition for 12 months before you are then free to do as you please.

I expect you can work. A JSV does allow you to actually work but you'll only be approved for RV once you have a skilled job offer at least 12 months.
