Smile overstay at dubai..visa problem for zew zealand ?

hello,
my name is mathew, am from india

my wife is working in new zealand from past 1 year. and i was working at dubai. i complected my labour contract of 2 years at dubai and came down to india. and now we are planing to apply for partner visa for me for new zealand.

now the problem is that my dubai visa got expired on august 9th 2015(2 years work visa ). but since my company requested me stay for little long till September 15th 2015. hence i over stayed for 1 month 15 day more and paid the over stay fine at dubai airport came down to india.

now will this cause any problems when i apply for partner visa at new zealand embassy india. will they reject my application saying that i have broke the rules at dubai .

** how can i justify this it was my companies decision and not a mistake from my end.
** will this cause any problems for my visa request for new zealand
** if this will cause any problems for my new zealand visa request . then how to fix it .

thanks
waiting forward for help

I don't think this will be an issue for you. You must of course declare this information to INZ if asked during the application process.
You overstayed because of your company and you paid the fine on exit, I'd say the matter is closed. There shouldn't be any reference to it on your police report for the UAE when you apply for it for INZ application purposes.
The only sticky point is INZ may question you why your UAE work visa expiry date doesn't match your exit stamp date on your passport ?
If you do have to declare it, all you can do is state exactly what happened and the reasons why and hope INZ are happy with the explanation.
