Default Help with P.R application please - Education

Hi we are just at the start of filling out the P.R for Canada and are on the Education section and are a little stuck. It asks what is your highest level of completed education. My husband went to secondary school and then completed NVQ's level 1,2 and 3 in plumbing and gas safety. In total he trained for 5 years. We are unsure if this is classed as a trade apprenticeship or non-university certificate/diploma. We are thinking trade/apprenticship but because you can only tick one box we just want to get it right !!

Thanks for any help
Maria

If he's a licensed gas fitter or plumber then trade apprenticeship would be the appropriate choice, otherwise it's a non-university certificate/diploma
