WES will have a look at the qualification and see how it measures up against a Canadian Masters degree.

If it is deemed to be equal, they will put it in writing that it is equivalent. .

If your degree is not seemed to be equivalent, then they will put into writing what it is equivalent to.

Generally, degrees from universities in India are not considered equivalent to a similar qualification in Canada. None of us here knows what the criteria are that WES uses to decide, so we cannot tell you what your degree is equivalent to, nor can anyone persuade WES to say that it’s equal to a Canadian Masters degree.

WES does not provide degrees.

And the Indian education system is inferior to Canada's so do not expect your Indian qualifications to be considered equivalent to Canadian qualifications.

The more international students I teach the more I find out about the Indian education system, and just how inferior it actually is.
