Why not ask WES directly?

None of us here works for WES, so we couldn't possibly give you an accurate answer to your questions.

Hello
if you see my question please answer me too as well
i have some doubt for second certificate
i see twit from IRCC that says , second certificate's duration does not matter just completion is matter
have you seen any case with 1 year certificate counted as a additional certificate besides a bachelor for "two or more certificate" will they assess certificate for example in MBA with 1 year duration and 400 hours ?
thanks
