Question Is a "Visa Problem" e-mail also a confirmation e-mail?

Hello,

My Tier 4 visa application and documents were signed for @ 9AM on Monday at the NY office.

At 1 PM, I received an e-mail with the subject line: "URGENT: PROBLEM WITH UK VISA APPLICATION-909926." It said that I had sent a handwritten waybill and needed to send them an electronic one. It also said that no decision had yet been made, etc.

At 2 PM, I received the same message, but in the subject line it said: "URGENT: PROBLEM WITH UK VISA APPLICATION-PLEASE WRITE CORRECT # ON WAYBILL 909929"

At 5:30 PM, I sent them an electronic waybill with the number from the second e-mail they sent.
I have heard nothing since.

Does this e-mail count as my "confirmation" e-mail? My application was also Priority, which was written on the outside of the envelope and for which a receipt was included, however, this was not mentioned in the e-mail as I have heard typically is.

Has anyone else had this happen?
Just want to make sure no further steps are required on my end.

Fingers crossed! Thanks so much!

Just wait for any further communication from NY visa office.
