Far, far too much. You aren't getting a fiancé visa, are you?

All you need:
Plan to get married, with provisional bookings etc.
Enough funds to last the time you'll be in UK. You can be sponsored financially, in which case enclose their 6-month bank statement and letter of support.
Letter from your employer etc showing strong ties in your country.
Projected flight plans.
Your passport.
2 Photos.

Don't worry about lack of money if you get sponsored. See what your sponsor must provide: UK Border Agency | Sponsoring a general visitor (it's for general visitor but will apply too in your case).
Just stick to my list. Your second list is too long too.

Loan as a way of financing your visit? Yes it would. Money must be a gift which you are free to spend as you like without having to return it.

Hi Joppa! His mum didnt allow us to stay there. Is it also fine if we're going to stay in a hotel? If so, what evidence of accommodation we're going to send?
