Default ILR set M category F documents checklist

Hi everyone.


1-- Proof of identity/travel history

• Applicant passport +previous passport
• Applicant national I'd
• Applicant BRP
• Sponsor passport + birth certificate

2 -- Proof of application

• Signed consent declaration

3 -- Residence in uk

• Tenacy agreement
• Joint Council tax bill
• Cohabitation documents

4 -- Finances

• Annual self assessment tax return ( the one I received from my accountant and another one sent by HMRC)
• Statements of account Sa302 ( tax calculations and tax overview sent by HMRC)
• Proof of registration as self employed ( lettre from HMRC confirming I'm self employed )
• Lettre confirming UTR number
• Lettre confirming National insurance number
• 12 monthes bank statements for the tax year april*2019/*april*2020 (*I ordered transaction history list sent to my home address from natwest but it's not stamped as natwest dosent stamp
• 12 months payment invoices matching the bank statements
• Evidence of ongoing self employment ( im providing 3 monthes bank statements prior the date of the application + 3 months payment invoices to match .
• Unaudited account from RSB accountant
• Accountant certificate of confirmation from RSB accountant

5 -- Life events

• Marriage certificate
• Sponsor previous divorce certificate

6 -- Education

• Life in uk test certificate
• B1 test certificate

1 . Did I miss anything or did I do any mistake in grouping the documents pls not sure about proof of identity and proof of application?

2. I'm a bit stressed about bank statements I orderd 12 months transaction history list by phone from natwest and they sent them to me throw the post so I'm guessing they are genuine enough for the home office , Natwest refused to stamp .

Hi is there anything else that I can add In proof of application please. Can someone who done this before chek if if I did the grouping of the documents right pls.

Documents look good. Normally your sponsor doesn't need to provide a birth certificate. I will assume that your "cohabitation documents" meet the guidelines since you haven't listed them individually.

The grouping doesn't matter so much (aside from the Proof of Application section), but the grouping you have is fine

Bank statements or transaction histories sent via post are original and don't need to be stamped

For proof of application, just upload a PDF of the email you are sent confirming your payment and reference number
