Default Change of Circumstances (spouse Visa)

Hello Everyone
I have submitted my wife's Visa application in May 2020 and now waiting for bio-metrics. I belong to Cat F sole trader.
As I belong to Cat F, I have shown/submitted proof of my self employment and provided tax return proof and everything

After submitting application, now in July, there has been a change in circumstances and I am changing my workplace to a different city and obviously changing address.

As by the time we will provide bio-metrics and they will be verifying the details ( sponsor's address and workplace), we will move to new address. So wont that create a problem?

Therefore, My question is do I need to retract and resubmit new application or just explain this in Cover letter or do nothing at all and stick to old application?

Thank you

you can update your contact details below, definitely don't need to retract and resubmit a new application

alternatively the post office have a redirection of post service , you could also opt for that

Thank you.
Do I need to fill out the form on the link above before biometrics or after?
Also as we haven't provided biometrics as of now, i can still self upload documents. So should I mention that in the cover letter too?

it doesn't specify a time frame to my knowledge so before or after,

but I guess it depend when you actually move? if it imminent then do it now but if it a few months away maybe later

again covering letter will depend if you moving house straight away, if yes then create a covering letter and upload along with all the other docs
