Default Cat B.. Does this count lowest gross also

I am currently getting ready to apply for my husbands flr.

Due to Covid 19 I have been furloughed from the third week in March and my wage has been reduced to 80%. I now no longer met the threshold on Cat A.

My following payslips for 6 months are

December - 1752.69
January - 1837.50
February - 1837.50
March - 1735.73
April - 1470
May - 1470

Would they times my lowest pay in May as stated from this website.

https://www.migrate.org.uk/spouse-vi...-c3f9eae9-3ee5

I already know I mean the calculation when calculating the 12 months.

*Husband is self self employment so income could not be added as no new work as yet*

Please help

If you meet the 18,600 level by applying under Cat B, then you are fine.

I am asking as there is two parts which need to be passed.

I am unsure about the 6 months part.

Where you use Cat B for income which is varied they take the 6 months of income prior to the application, add it all up, divide by 6, multiply by 12 to obtain an aggregate yearly income.
From looking at your figures your annual income would be 20K so you meet part 1.

Look at the examples for Section 5.3 of he following document:
