Default PBS or non PBS

Hi

My wife is planning on applying for her ILR next year. For the FLRM we used an expired IELTS certificate which i think is not valid to be used for the ILR. I got her degree statement of comparibilty and i am about the apply for the naric english requirement but on the Naric website it is asking

"To help us handle your English Language Assessment appropriately please select which Home Office application route you are taking:

PBS or NON PBS

I do not know what this means

Thanks

Points Based System - usually referencing work based visas

If you wife is eligible for ILR based on a spouse visa then it NON PBS
