Default Name On correspondence

Hi all,

I have a question about the name displayed on correspondence.

My husband has a very very long arabic name and this is the name he used to apply for his fiance and first FLRM as it had to be what is in his passport.

It's that long it doesn't even fully fit on his brp!

As hardly any business in the UK has the character space for his name it is displayed in many iterations across the correspondence we have. Would this present an issue does it really have to be an exact match to the BRP or passport as frankly that was never going to happen!

The elements in each iteration are spelled correctly, believe me that was a headache, and some initialise some names or drop final bits where systems cut it short.

secondly are postal polling cards acceptable I would assume so as it proves hes on the electoral roll and they are issued by local government.

thanks again!

My wife has a long Muslim name too. on some of our bills, it states NBH Shah. It's fine as long as part of this name is showing I think.
