Set (M) questions bank statements and enhanced appointment

We've put the application in and was wondering whether we have to submit complete bank statements, or just the parts detailing the salary payments into the account? We seem to have been making many, many small payments on the account which leads to rather large complete bank statements.

Second question, we are going to an Enhanced Appointment Centre, paying 69. Does that cover scanning of the documents, or is that purely for the pleasure of walking through the door? We are booking the appointment tomorrow and I can't find anywhere where it is explained. I could phone the helpline at 2.50 per minute, but having spent 3200 so far plus the 69 I'm not in the mood to give them another penny. If they say hello at the appointment I'll be expecting an invoice.

Thanks in advance.

To answer my own question...…

I booked a standard appointment and ordered the scanning service, which was extra on top of the fee for a Saturday appointment. I'll give them the whole set of bank statements and they can scan the whole lot.
