Successful naturalisation and passport, but...

Hi all

Thanks to all your help, I successful naturalised last year and got my passport this week.

However, when my documents were returned to me, it turned out that the Home Office had torn a chunk off my certificate of naturalisation, presumably when opening the envelope! I don't actually know if I'll ever need the certificate again, but does anyone know who I'd complain to about this, so I can get a reprinted certificate without cost?

Thanks.

Hi, could you please give us a list of the documents you uploaded in each section for naturalisation.

You don't really need the certificate again, now that you have your passport - that's proof enough of your UK citizenship.

I was naturalised/received my passport 4 years ago and I have no clue as to where the heck my naturalisation certificate is... I know that there's a horizontal fold in the middle of it (so it could fit into the passport application envelope) and that it's in a frame (to protect it from damage) but beyond that, I'd be hard pressed to tell you where it is - nobody has ever asked to see it since it was returned to me in April '16.
