Default Incriminating ilr cohabitation proof

HI all
got a quick question, when compiling documents to prove cohabitation, is it advisable to use documents like

-speeding tickets letters
-council fines for taking the kids out of school early before they close
-dvla late road tax payment warning

or these letters can be incriminating when the case worker is looking at your file

thanks all
