Hi Guys,

Questions regarding correspondence if anyone would be kind enough to advise. Thanks.

1) I plan to put Joint banks statements x 2, Joint Water bill x 2, Joint council tax x 1 and NHS / Mobile phone bill to cover the period where we dont have joint correspondence. Would Mobile phone bill be OK?

2) I have read in another thread that ILR requires correspondence for past 2.5 years, I thought it was 2? I was spacing as such Every four months from Jan/Feb 2018 to Jan/Feb 2020 (depending when we submit).

3) Scanning of documents - many items are online, Is it OK to download the Bill, and attach it or must it be printed and rescanned?

Thanks in advance guys. Appreciate the help.

I used a vet bill, RSPB, and a Royal Mail redirection notice. Some of these had either mine, or my wife's name on it, but not necessarily addressed to both of us and was accepted.

In the past, IIRC, I'd simply used mail from our joint account.

Yes, it spans 2.5 years, as stated in the application. In my case, I had 06/17, 7/18, 10/18, 3/19, 5/19, and 10/19.

Every electronic doc I had I simply attached. That included payslips, bank statements, and a few other things. They didn't even look at any hard copy I had other than the required IDs and appointment letter.

I used the premium service, so I have no idea what is required for non-premium.
