Default Questions on fiancÚ visa

Please forgive the length of this post but this is such a confusing process. I live in the US. my fiancÚ lives in Glasgow. I went on the uk gov website and filled out most of the application for a fiancÚ visa. I am not submitting it until February due to my lease on my apartment then I will live w family until the visa is approved. So here are my million questions. 1. He doesn’t have physical paystubs. They are electronic. Is that going to be an issue? 2. His sister owns the flat he lives in and she doesn’t charge him rent. Everything is in her name but she doesn’t live there. Is that going to be an issue? 3. It asks if I ever had a civil judgement for a debt. I have. Is this going to be a problem? 4. Once I submit the application in February and pay the fee what happens next? Do I bring the documents somewhere, do they tell me where to go? I know they need all financial papers, my divorce papers, passport etc. will they tell me where to go? Do I submit them once I pay online? 5. Basically once I hit pay and send them the money what happens next. My apologies again. I’m so confused. Thanks.

1. He needs to have the electronic payslips signed or stamped by his employer
2. His sister need to provide documentation that she owns the flat and a letter stating you and he can live there
3. Debt - provide all info they require regarding this debt. Will it be an issue - sorry don't know
4.When you submit the application you will be told where to go for biometrics/scanning to be done.
5. Once submitted, you send/scan in documents. get biometrics done and wait for application to process.
