Default Second FLR(M) Checklist

Hi All,

We will be submitting my wife's second FLR(M) application this weekend, once the final bank statement has been delivered. We are relying on a single source of income under Category A - are we missing anything?

Personal Documents:
• Applicant’s Current Passport
• Applicant’s Previous Passport
• Applicant’s Biometrics Residence Permit
• Sponsor’s Current Passport
• Sponsor’s Previous Passport
• Marriage Certificate
Finances:
• Employment Verification Letter
• Payslip + Bank Statement (June 2019)
• Payslip + Bank Statement (July 2019)
• Payslip + Bank Statement (August 2019)
• Payslip + Bank Statement (September 2019)
• Payslip + Bank Statement (October 2019)
• Payslip + Bank Statement (November 2019)
• Job Contract
Accommodation:
• Land Registry
• Mortgage Statement
• Council Tax Bill
Correspondence:
1. Joint Electricity Bill (July 2017)
2. Individual Bank Statement
a. Applicant (December 2017)
b. Sponsor (December 2017)
3. Joint Council Tax Bill (May 2018)
4. Joint Water Bill (October 2018)
5. Joint Council Tax Bill (March 2019)
6. Joint Water Bill (August 2019)
Forms:
• Applicant’s Consent
• Sponsor’s Consent
• Sponsor’s Declaration

It all looks good to me. The sponsor doesn't need to provide a previous passport though
