Default Do I need them to refer to my maiden name on paperwork?

Getting our HR department to resurrect the salary info letter they drew up in the summer but with my married name on it for our spouse visa.

Electronic payslips will be in my maiden name. Do I need them to comment on this in the letter? I'm not sure how obvious they need to be. Address is the same etc.

Thanks.

Nope. It's ok to be known by both names (maiden and married).
