Default FLR (M) Passport pages scanning

Hi can someone please help me with a few questions regarding the scanning of passports for FLR.

1. As I am the sponsor (British) do I need to scan every page of my current passport or just the bio page?

2.Does my Wife have to scan every page including the bio page of her current passport? I assume so.

3.Does my Wife have to scan every page of her old passports that she possess. I hope not as she's got a few

Cheers in advance!

I would scan every page of both applicant's and sponsor's current passport and all pages of any other passport applicant has held over past five years. That is what we did and my husband (applicant) had seven expired passports!

Thanks for the response.

Why did you go back 5 years, has your husband just completed ILR or something? 7 passports is alot, why so many in 5 years!?
I thought that only the sponsors bio page would be needed as proof of British nationality. I also guessed that all of my wife's passport pages would need to be scanned just to show her stamps from leaving and returning the UK therefore HO could calculate how much time she spent out of the country.

Sorry, yes, for your wife only any passport that covers the time she has been in the U.K. on her spousal visa. I was pointing out that although my husband had about seven expired passports, we scanned only the ones that covered the five years from date of entry on a spousal visa (for ILR). Maybe only the bio pages of the sponsor's passport are required but we chose to be extra cautious and scan all the pages.

Makes sense, it's a shame that on the application online form it doesn't tell you what to scan exactly for the passports, would make life simpler for the applicant and prevent any slip ups during application.
