Default ILR with or without ownership of property?

When applying for ILR, is it better to process without being the ownership of the property or by being the ownership of the property?

Husband and wife (The Applicant) applied for FLRM, both without being any ownership of the property, have been staying in Husbands' parents house.

So, After 7,8 months, applying for ILR and before that, husband wants to buy the property of his parents' house and be the ownership of the property. (with his unmarried brother as the additional owner)

Will this make us provide more documents? Which makes smooth process, being the owner of the property or without?

Regardless of whether you own the property or your husband's parents own the house, you will need to provide a deed that either your husband and his brother own the property, or your husband's parents own the property. If your husband's father still owns the property when you apply for ILR, you will need to write up a simple declaration signed by his father that you have permission to live there.
