Default Expedited SET(M) and English Language Requirement

I am a Ghanaian citizen but have a law degree from the USA. For ILR application, do I need Academic Qualification Level Statement (AQUALS) from UK NARIC confirming the degree is equivalent to a UK qualification?

https://assets.publishing.service.go...L-v21.0ext.pdf

I didnít need this statement from NARIC when I applied for the FLR(M) and renewed it as I used my degree from a majority English speaking country.

Can I use the expedited priority services for ILR (within 5 working days) or itís only super priority (within 24hours) which can be used?

Thanks

I am not a moderator but posting multiple threads on the same subject is against forum rules. The people on this site are all volunteers so you will have to wait for a response to your query.

Thanks. The other thread was mistakenly posted and I have been trying to delete but I canít find the delete button.

As you can see I have been a member since 2014 and I was not posting multiple thread to get a quick response.
