Red face SETM declaration/consent form. which is which?

Hi guys

its me again. just finalising everything before uploading my docs. however i could see a lot of topics on the forum saying that we need to submit a "consent form"? i cant find it anywhere and the only thing i can find is the "partners declaration form" under mandatory documents.

are those two the same thing? im so confused.

thanks guys

filjap

I don’t think there are consent forms for SET M. No idea why though!

hi whatshouldwedo

so is it safe to say that we are only required to submit the spouse's declaration form as found on mandatory docs checklist?

its sooo confusing as i have read a lot of posts regarding people submitting consent forms as well. i dont even know where to find them!

I think so but if you want to be on the safe side, you could always download the forms and take them to the appointment for uploading if you are advised to do so.

I have this link to consent forms but do not know if they are the latest version.

Probably only part 1 would apply to you if no one else shares any bills, expenses or bank accounts with you.
