Default Flrm Application Missed info

Hi All

Can I please get some urgent advice. We are applying for my husbands Flrm and submitted te application online on sunday. He has his Biometrics appointment on Saturday. We are still uploading documents until Saturday.
I was going over the application and reaslised that we have only listed 2 refusals for my husband prior to his spouse visa got accepted. He actually got 2 visit visas refused and 1 Spouse. When we were filling the application form we could remember the 2 dates and were meant to go back to put the third date in. Completely forgot and I an panicking about it. Can we write a covering letter to explain everything and submit with all the declarations. Will we get refused due to that?
Will really appriciate some advice on this.

It's extremely unlikely to be a problem. You can explain it in a covering letter if you wish but since he's already in the UK on a spouse visa, his prior refusals are really inconsequential

Default Polling card as proof of Address

Hi Can I just check if we can use my husbands polling card for last year, as proof of cohabiting address document?

It would be better to find something else. Polling cards are not great for proving residence.
