Default Changing job just before doing spouse visa. Advice please

Hello.
So after waiting ages and booking it 4 times me and my fiance are about to marry in a few weeks here in the UK she is from cebu we met in dubai when. I worked there.
I want to change my job here. In UK. iv been at the same place for about 18 months I'm not happy where I am and I didn't think it would have so many delays along the way so didn't expect to bite my lip for so long as I don't like the place. My wage slips will show 25000 pretty much in the last year. And my New job iv been Offerd pays more if I do the same over time. The only thing is I think my new job will be monthly pay. I can start the process not long after we marry but I doubt il even have a wage slip off my new employer pretty much as I do the application is when my new job wants me to start. I honestly Can't take it no more where I'm at. Is this a bad move to change or is this OK to do?

You absolutely must have at least one wage slip from your new employer, and a corresponding bank statement showing the deposit into your account (or a partial transaction history from the bank if you haven't received the full statement yet). You'll also have to apply under Category B of course (less than 6 months with the same employer).

Generally, yes, it's considered a bad move to change employment just before applying for a visa which requires you to demonstrate employment income. That doesn't mean you can't, it just makes your application less straightforward.

How are you marrying in the UK?

What visa does your fiance have which allows her to marry in the UK?

She is here in a fiance visa obviously. Iv been at the same job for about 18 months. And my New job is weekly pay. So is it so bad to change?

Agree with Clever that it’s best to change jobs once you get your FLR M

The extra paperwork for a new job is a hassle especially if you can get your FLR M in the next few weeks

You can apply for your FLR M the day after you get married (this means honeymoon plans will be on hold until your wife gets her new BRP)

If you can and your case is straightforward, opt for super priority 24-hour decision (610 on top of the application)

You can then change jobs

Thank you for your advice. I have until April 26th to make the application. So I'd have a few wage slips as they want me to start march 26th . I am trying to hold my lip and this current job. But I honstley am at breaking point. The things they want me to do and if I say no I'm thrown thru meetings like a criminal. It's not good situation but yer hopefully 3 weeks and il have this sorted. Again thank you and what a dreadful home office we have. Messed our dates up and still have not returned my fast track money which didn't go thru. Took almost a year. Painful process
