To : Entry Clearance Officer
RE: Sponsorship of Spouse Visa Application
Dear Entry Clearance Officer,
I XXXX an employee of XXXXXXXXXX having a valid Indefinite Leave to remain and residing at XXXXXXX, I would like to call my husband XXXX to stay with me in the United Kingdom.
My husband and I are from strict Islamic cultured family hence we had arrange marriage. My mother and my husbandís mother are close friend and from same community. Last time when I visited my family in India, my husbandís and my family exchanged our pictures and introduced my husband and me over phone in February 2018. I found him educated and understanding person with same thoughts and opinion.
My husband requested his family to send marriage proposal for me to my family. As our family knows each other for long hence, his family were equally happy and his parent asked my parentís permission for marriage.
My parents and I happily accepted proposal and engagement were took place at my parentís home in XXXX. There were only few people from each family has been invited in engagement on 5th March 2018 and on same day family decided 6th May 2018 our wedding date.
Though we were not allowed to meet each other before wedding due to strict Islamic cultured society, we were constantly communicating via Whatís App Chat and Whatís App Call service till 06th May 2018.
Our nikah (Islamic marriage) was held on 6th May 2018 at XXXX mosque. My family served lunch of the wedding day where about 500 guests were invited. My husbandís family served dinner for 300 guests at XXXX
My husbandís family served walimah meal as per Islamic tradition to about 1000 guests in the evening of 7th May 2018.
After marriage I was living with my husband and his family at XXXX, we shared many family moments and spent Islamic month of fasting Ramadan and celebrated festival of Eid together and we have built a very strong bond between us as family. My husband I shared many interests together including movie, music, food, short road trip and I am particularly struck by his sense of humor, honesty and commitment.
After Ramdan and Eid on 20th Jun 2018 We left for honeymoon to Delhi, Shimla, Manali and Agra where we had opportunity to spend quality time and came more close to each other.
After honeymoon, I started packing to come back to UK as I had to join work and on 22nd July 2018 I was back to UK. During his time in India, we are in daily contact with each other, transcript of Whatís App calls and messages, Emails and exchanged gifts by ordering online. He also sent me some money through his friend in my account to spend on my personal needs.
We also had an opportunity to meet each other in Mauritius as my husbandís friend XXX from Mauritius invited us for vacation. My husband came to Mauritius on 29th November and I joined him from UK on 3rd of December for a week where both of us spent few days with family of my husbandís friend and spent couple of days in Sunset Reef Resort & Spa with my husband.
We have a healthy relationship and marriage and support each other in our life goals. We share similar opinions on lifestyle, the importance of family, ethics, values and political views. My husband also had his Post Graduation degree from UK hence we both have and enjoy the British sense of humor, value British traditions and are attracted by the work life balance that living in the United Kingdom offers; something that we do not have in India.
On a side note, I would like to clarify the situation concerning my first marriage. I married Mohamed XXXX a British citizen on 7th February 2015. Our marriage failed due to XXXXís infidelity and my divorce from him was finalized on XXXX(DATE ).

I guarantee you that I bear whole expenditure of my husbandís travel and stay in United Kingdom. I request you to issue the spouse Visa to my husband. If this application is successful, we look forward to making United Kingdom our home.
I really appreciate the time taken on your part to review our application and look forward to receive your decision.

Yours sincerely,
XXXX

not really required tbh, but you have mentioned your previous marriage you need to make sure you have all the supporting document regarding your divorce.

as long as you meet the financial requirement, along with English it should be fine. obv submit the whatsapp or call history log along with photo to prove a genuine marriage and you should be fine
