The only reason it got rejected last time was because of my unemployment now i am employed it makes a huge diffrence.

Surinder Singh requires you to prove that you've moved the centre of your life and integrated into the community.

Being employed for 1 month is unlikely to be enough.

Normally I would agree that employment in an EU country makes all the difference to getting an EEA Family permit.

My comments were based on the timeline of your move to Spain, and the fact that the circumstances of your case do not comply with the given 'rule of thumb' that you have moved your whole centre of life to another EU country.

You have been there barely six months and already have a refusal.

I spoke to my solicitor who has said that i will need 2-3 months wage slips to apply again and also with one refusal if i apply again they wont be looking that its my second time applying it will be a fresh application also we are not leaving spain we will be going back soon after my baby is born
