Default on arrival visa countries on PR & Other visas

Am interested in information about the visa on arrival status countries that oz visa holders benefit from .
PR visa holders i am sure do get on arrival visa status in some SE asian countries , esp Singapore , what about other visa holders including 457 longstay visa holders ?

the following reproduced from a Singapore authority :

96-Hour Visa Free Transit Facilities
for Chinese, Indian and CIS Passport Holders
Holders of passports issued by China (PRC) and India may be given Visa Free Transit Facilities (VFTF) upon arrival if they have a valid visa or long term entry facility issued by one of these countries:

1.Japan
2.Australia
3.New Zealand
4.United States of America
5.Canada
6.United Kingdom
7.Germany
8.Switzerland
Holders of passports issued by CIS countries may be issued a VFTF if they have a valid air ticket for a flight leaving within 96 hours of arrival.

(as of 12 March 2010)

A VFTF allows the visitor to enter Singapore for up to 96 hours. However, several other conditions must first be met before a VFTF is issued.

To find out if they qualify for VFTF, Chinese, Indian and CIS passport holders should read about the Singapore-issued Visa Free Transit Facilities.

AU PR holders can also live and work in New Zealand due to the Trans Tasman Treaty Arrangement.

On-arrival visas are usually based on citizenship rather than your visa status. However, some countries do allow concessions to PR holders...NZ is one of them.
