Default EOI submitted troop for 263111 (Computer network and system engineer) under 190 Cat

For quite a long I was in search of people who have submitted their EOI under 190, SOL 263111 for NSW location, so that we can get in touch and help each.

To brief you about, I have submitted EOI on 21st July for 263111 with 70 points(Including 5 bonus points, thanks to state nomination)

Though itís quite very less time, but not sure when are they going to process the invitation round for 190 NSW ?

Do anyone know about any kind of backlog for 263111 just in case.

Share your update in case you gets an invite so that everyone stays on the same page, together we will help each other.

Cheers!!!

I was told by one of the agent that processing time for 189 is longer than 190, moreover most of the opening in our domain are at NSW.

What are your views, on that.

How many points did you secured.

Hi ivanskinner007

I'm in the similar boat as you and filed my EOI on 17th August. Did you receive an invite from NSW.

Thanks

I fail to understand, that why are guys even having 70 points applying for 190, & restricting themselves & their entire family(if accompanying) for 2 years to a particular state.

What if one gets a good option in some other state?

Having 70 points instead of a minimum requirement of 60 & STILL not applying for 189, just that some hypothesis says that 189 takes longer than 190?

How much longer?

Few weeks?? or may be a couple of months? Still it is debatable & hypothetical too.

Better than 24 months of restriction. Kyun!!!

I'm on 55, but not applying for any SS, rather waiting my experience to complete 8 years by next month & get those extra 5 points & apply for 189.

Same Code, for me too 263111.

I actually agree with you, that's the reason, haven't opt for SS and applied with 60 points.
Fingers crossed for next invite.

I too agree with Geetesh. Moreover, I do not think that it's the case as told by his agent rather 190 takes more time as i have noticed in many cases and may be the agent wants that extra fee for 190 to earn.

All I can say is to pray, people are getting there invite in both 189 and 190 cat. Hoping to get in 7th Sep round.

True said cozmopravesh, these agent push to file for 190 and earn extra money in the name of EOI fees. Thanks to the expatforum along with all the senior members I filled every thing of my own with out any agent. Now I have 2 EOI's for both 189 and 190.

Its also true, that most of the job in our domain are actually at NSW, but thats just the general stats I am talking about.

Just one more week and the results for sep would be out. Did you guys had all your documents ready, I mean to say specially form 80 which is the most troublesome in the entire process.

Also, what are you planning on paying the visa fee? share your views.
